What is the best that has a grease fitting.

you have only two chosices stock or RAD The RAD as the grease fitting in the middle of the axle carrier

Who makes and axle carrier for the ds.

Magura makes it but jeff over there is tooooo spupid to know it. Me and a friend in Houston did the r&r on it with him providing the parts. We gave him the info on it but he lost it about 4 times know so you will have to order it by parts. here they are.Well sorry I dont have it here at work but I will post it when I get home. For the record though My friend did most of the r&r.
