Default 650 vs. 700 jetting

I just looked up the 700 v-force jetting.#135 f,#140r. My question is obvious,Why so much leaner than a stock 650? It seems more cc's and free flowing exhaust would need more fuel.Any input would be helpful

I changed the KFX to 142 front and 145 rear, and a set of dial-a-jet induction
jets on the top side ( worth two or three jet sizes )........

cut two holes in the air cleaner lid ...... about 2 inch squares

installed an HMF dual exhaust system.

I am guessing that added about 7 or 8 hp. It really did my a big difference.
(more difference than the pipe/jets on P650 or the Polaris 500HO I used to have.)

The vforce is supposed to have 2 sizes difference in jets between the carbs. Which would put you at 142/148. Why are you running the 142/145?

REcomendations from HMF ......

The dual exhaust reduces the heat build up on rear cylinder ????????

I am going to order an exhaust from them. I'll have to ask them when i order it. Maybe the rear head pipe is longer than stock making for the difference in jetting from a single system.
