Default 2nd accident at the "trailer park"

Last night while we were doing some dyno testing raptorrcr walked out of the garage and looked down the driveway. There were cars stopped everywhere. He looked around and saw a motorcycle was laying on the ground. It was about 9:30 pm. We all walked around the garage and looked down the driveway and could see that someone was on the ground 600 feet away. As we were walking down there it became apparent that a motorcycle had hit the only TREE on my side of the road. There is well over a 1000 foot of Straight road in front of my house with sharp corners on both ends. The closer we all got , me crafty, rcr and nomanater we were talking amoust ourselves to wheter we wanted to see it or not. I do not like the bloodsceen and neither does rcr. We let the others go ahead, and they said NO BLOOD. We all went to check it out. The guy was hurting pretty good but was standing with lots of help. His shoulder was dislocted and what not. A woman said she would take him to the hospital and a few helped get him in the truck. About that time the volenterr fire department showed up raising hell cause he was in the truck. Normanater told them to move the fire truck so they could go to the hosiptal. lol Around here you might get a amblance in 1 hour. It did not take long for a agrument to start. The local volenteers were trying to make us believe that it is against the law to go to the hospital before the DPS shows up. lol The guy said he wanted the lady to take him to the hospital. We all backed away and let them fight it out. All the while the poor guy is suffering imminsely. Normanater and i picked his 1100 yamaha up and rolled it onto my property so the fuzz would not impound it and cost hte guy a =nother couple hundred bucks. I heard a volenteer fireman call for careflight and i got a little worked up. Jeez he BROKE HIM ARM AND COLLAR bone and appeared to be okay. He had not been drinking or anything. He was just unlucky on 2 counts. 1. the road drops off 9 inches with no shoulder and 2. while he was trying to get back on the road his foot peg hit the road and knocked him back into the ditch where the tree was. we went back to the house to dyno test while the volenteers duked it out with one another. Finally the woman took him to the hospital.

Today the guy came by to find his cell phone and look for his wallet. Found the phone but no wallwet. He asked me if he could leave his motorcyclye at my house for a few days. I told him i would put iot in the garage for him. He left me a key. I went down a little later to get it and the cops were down there checking it out. I walked up and stuck the key in it and started to get on it. One cop came up and wanted all the details. I gave him a short verision and told him i was taking it to my house. He said he had called a wrecker. BS i said it is 50 feet onto my proberty and i told the guy he could leave it here. Then the cop wanted to know how it got to where it was at?? I got amnesia for a split second. All this time it is sprinling and i want to go back to my house. I can not believe they wanted to haul it off. I told them to leave and forget about it. They did not like that statement at all. WTF After 3 or 4 more minutes i got on the motorcycle and drove it to my house with the cops still there.

The guy that had the wreck was not wearing a helmet for all you helmet bashers out there. He was lucky like ernie. I have seen 2 accidents in 2 weeks. Maybe i just needed a little more convincing to wear a helmet.

Back to the garage i go- You think the guy will notice a 660 raptor engine in place of the 1100cc motor?? I think i can make it fit. lol

Everyday i get to where i do not like the police or volenteers. Looks like they TRY to make things harder on people than nessasary. BTW that cop wrote me a ticket 4 days ago for no seatbelt leaving the gas station.

BTW the guy was in his mid 40's and was traveling at or below the 35mph speedlimit.

Cops have their place and It's usually not around me! They are a little over bearing and I'm with ya on the making thing difficult. It seems like they like to harass normal law abiding citizens.

14mins,

If the only tree around is on your property I hope he isn't a lawyer. LOL

Engine swap if you could get it done before his insurance agent shows up, SWEET.

My tree. He was suppose to drive on the road, not down my fence line. I may sue him for damaging my tree. lol

A freind of my brother was flying and had to make an emergency landing in the dessert. He hit the only tree within miles of him. Murphy's Law.

Yea he is lucky, but at least he walked away. Good for you 14 keep the bike and lets see how hard it would be to install the engine in the Super Chicken.
