i have a blaster and i want to cut the fenders but dont know how or what to shape them like.
if any one can hel that would be nice and if you have any pics that might help to

why cut them, just unbolt them.

 

how would i get rid of the brackets. i was gunna do that but there is a bracket that is welded

 

how would i desing the back of the front fenders and the whole rear fenders

on nicks shee we took tape for the outline of the rear fenders. and i took a dremel, and just cut them off. then used a grinder to help smooth it. then used a wire wheel to go even further. it worked out ok. im gonna keep on trying to smooth them out. we just did it quick for silver lake. looks cool though.

 

i still need to know what desing to use.........

 

I cut the fenders off my lt250 because You can see ahead of you better as you are doing wheelies and it makes the bike feel more comfortable(and they look like dumbo ears). Ive never seen a blaster with cut fenders though. All i did was put tape across the fenders at the angle i wanted to cut and used a hack saw. After i used a razor blade and cut all the little imperfections off, then sanded lightly.
