I got my Raptor for 5850 after taxes.
I love both quads I guess it depends what you're going to do with it.
Raptor is got a lot more power and is faster.
The Honda will last forever and is a lot less tippy.
If you are power hungry go with the rappy.
If you're not and just want to enjoy trail riding I would go with the Honda.

Get something with reverse you will be much better off with it the 400 ex DOES NOT have reverse so just think about that before buying.

first, the dealer will try to get as much money out you that he can!!!! you need to tell the dealer what you want. BlackRaptor hit it on the head, this is good advise. if you have fire in your blood don't get a honda.
i don't miss the reverse on any of my quads.
