I am about ready to buy a new '03 Kodiak 450. Should I have concerns, since this is the first year Yamaha has sold the 450, with design flaws and such? Has anyone had any problems so far?

So far the Kodiak that my sister has had has no problems. She's been using it for several months and there has not been a problem with it yet, nothing to worry about,

My 450 has been the most reliable, outstanding quad I have owned. The 4X4 diff lock is awesome and the LCD display is pretty cool too. I can assure you that you will have no problems with a 450. Mine has 930KMs on it and it has no problems.
