New Product Available From Polaris
#1
Several months ago,I sent a letter to Polaris Industries telling them about some of the problems I was experiencing with my sp500. Today I recieved a letter from Tom Tiller the CEO of Polaris. In the letter, he apologized for taking so long to respond to my letter, but felt that the new product that Polaris had been designing over the past few months would be well worth the wait. It turns out, that the new product is a front tow hitch that can be fitted to any Polaris Quad and will be offered as OEM on all 2001 model Polaris Quads. The hitch will be compatible with any Two inch ball. The best part about this new hitch is that when being pulled by another quad, there is no need to steer. All steering will be done by the vehicle doing the towing. The benefits of this design are that Polaris owners will be able to relax and enjoy the ride back to their truck or trailer. Tiller went on to say that these hitches will be available within the next few weeks.Tiller also said that Polaris is designing a product for Quads that are equiped with the extra smooth IRS.This new product will look alot like a pillow and will attach to the handlebars via velcro attachments. This Pillow type product, will allow Polaris owners to lay their heads down and take a nap or let their minds drift away from negative feelings after having their Polaris quad break down. After recieving this letter,I must say that I believe Polaris really is trying to stand behind their product. These are not only going to be great products, but are an industry first and further proves what an innovator Polaris really is.

After reading your post about new products, I went to the Polaris website to check it out. I noticed they are also offering diaper changing tables for the 2001 sportsman. This would be perfect for you so when you get to whining and crying your mommy won't have to go far to change your diaper. I also here that a mixture of gasoline and Polaris 4stroke oil will take that bitter taste out of your mouth.

Sledder that is funny that you mention new products from Polaris. I am going to write to Tom Tiller and suggest he look into making a 6 inch rod that sticks out of the top of the seat of your sportsman that you can sit on and spin around on for hours of amusement. This way it wont matter if your sportsman is actually running for your to get your moneys worth. When you are giggling like a schoolgirl on the new product remember to think of me! I think I will call it the "Sledder Special".

Sledder, you are the best. Whenever I see your name attached to a post, I know it will have a bunch of useless crap, amusing, but useless crap.
To all others. I guess some people get really bored when they actually START new threads this stupid. What do you all think?
Sledder, maybe you should get a quad and start riding, that might shut you the **** up for a while.

This is one of the reasons that I visit the atving discusion forum every day. I either get very useful information about choosing an atv, repairing an atv, riding hints or just get entertained. Sledder's post was very clever and the replies were too. No matter what I ride, you guys are a hoot. Keep it up! At least this subject made me laugh...... unlike the others about who's is faster or bigger.
Since I don't want to be the only serious reply to an otherwise laughable topic. I need to add my two cents.......Here's what would happen if any of these products were actually made by Polaris. The tow hitch would steer the quad into a tree. The diaper changing table would break, dropping you in the mud. And the belt on the "seat rod" would slip, leaving the rider just sitting there disappointed that he can't ride with his friends.
Just kidding guys, its not what you ride, just that you ride. Except for that "sledder special". If you want to ride that, please find another hobby.
