Grizzly Noise
#1
Hey all, I just have a question and wondered if anyone else has noticed it, if it's normal or not. We have two 2003 Grizzly's a red one and a green one. They both have about 45 hours on them and around 365 miles. The red one has had a louder exhaust note and a little more engine vibration for about 10 hours. The green one has been fairly quiet for a Grizz. This weekend we went on a forty mile ride and noticed about half way through the green one got louder. Now it sounds just like the red one and vibrates more. My dad was riding behind me and said he noticed the exhaust is louder and it sounds more like the red one. The red one was snappier and ran alot better, but now the green one runs just as good. More power and more responsive. Does anyone know what this is? It almost sounds and feels like it burnt some of the crap out of the exhaust. No real answer from the dealer so I don't know if it's anything to worry about. Had the 20 hour service done and everything (valves) are ok. They run great and have had no problems so far, jsut curious.
Thanks for any input
