What are the mandatory Mods for this thing?

What exhaust , intake filter , armor ,Tires , etc.... ?

Where to buy?

I will be Trail , mud, Gravel riding

None really. That is if you just ride trails at a relaxed pace most of the time.
If you plan to get agressive the stock tires are not up for the task. A belly plate would be a good investment if ride in rocky areas. The 03 already has the newer handle bars so your one up already. Intake and exhuast mods only give you a few HP. Where you go from there is just a matter of how much you want to spend.

 

i just bought an 03 warior bk in nov. mods i suggest would be be pro design air filter kit with a Kn filter and outerware and a jet kit. then get a pro curcuit T4 exhaust.. get a maier polyethalene skid plate cheap and light and durable. get a set of maxxis all tracks for the back i would keep the front tires the same till they ware out. the stock warrior handle bars suck ont he 03 they bent easy i bent mine the first day by accidnet tipped it over a lil and bent them. in orfer to kind of prevent this would be to reverset he rear tires to make it wider.hope this helps.. have fun send me a Pm if u need more info on it

 

If you want to keep it quiet. Keep the stock pipe. I have a WB which makes good power and is some-what tunable, but if use the "quiet core" you won't have any real power gain.

 

Tires are about the only absolutely must have mod. If u want cheap speed go look at engine parts. All exhaust systems on quads are about 200% over priced though so used is a good idea.

You guys are gonna think I am nuts !!

Ok , So today I went to the local dealer and ended up telling them I guess will get the warrior

They didn't have any assembled and so I had them run my credit and chit while I was there which was no problem

They told me that it would be 2-3 days till I can get it

That being said.......

The more I read and thought abo0t the choice , the more I relized I wanted a 400ex

So tomorrow I think I will tell them to get me the 400ex and Chitcan the warrior
