It is probably a 108mm bore with a 14mm stroke or something like that.

I have a 108 mm bore and 90 mm stroke..that makes it roughly a 824.6cc

To get a 840cc or close would be a 108mm bore and 92mm stroke =842.9cc
Or A 109mm bore and 90mm stroke=839.9cc

called trinity and talked to the tech guy, he said it is going to be a 105mm no stroke, it will have some port work. they have ordered pistons from j&e, compression should be around 11-1, and i think he said it will have to have the cases machined. he said if the cylinder gets back today they hope to have it running by friday. the cylinder is going to be nikasil, they have done some kind of welding on the cylinder to get the walls stronger, that was about it as of today, they plan to have a guy run it hard to see if it pops, if not they think it should be ready in about a month. i asked about a price and he said his guess would be in the 727 raptor range for the kit.
