Hey guys, I have a buddy that just put a big gun full exhaust on his 03 Rappy along with a UNI air filter and outerwear. He does not know where to start on the jetting and I have no idea as well. It is my understanding that the carbs have 2 different jet sizes to begin with. Does anyone here happen to have this setup or can tell me where a good starting point is? Thanks for the help,Bubba

 

I used to have the exact same set up. I ran 165/170 main jets, 27.5 pilots, the needle clip one notch down.
