I was looking for a good board to talk with other fellow yamaha owners, and this was the first one that I came across, so I would just like to introduce myself. My names's TJ, Im 24, married (no kids)... I live in the country in Harford Co, MD. I rode an ATV for the first time 6 months ago at a freinds place that I was in the USAF with, we both seperated at the same time and both moved back home here to MD 18 months ago. It was a 400EX, rode all day and I loved it... this past month 2 nearby freinds bought 1 Z400 and one LE Raptor. I liked the feel and handling of the raptor and to my suprise the wife put up no fight at all when I said I wanted one too. I've been riding it since last Sat now. Its a 2003 Black/Red. Im taking my time to get to know the bike b4 I go pulling any stupid manuvers with it, I know its more bike than a novice should have (thats what most say anyway) but I respect it and have caught on very well and am enjoying myself. I worked on all sorts of equipment in the AF, and am now working for a emergency generator maintenance company. I have a very good electrical background and an above average mechanical history. Looking forward to talking, learning, laughing, and maybe even meeting and sharing a beer with a few of you in the future. Thanks! Later!
