toomey's with a trinity stage 4 single carb kit give the best all around power. I have friends with all different combinations, have yet to be beat. The only thing faster is my polaris 800 twin in trail blazer chassis.

I run the FMF Fatty pipes and could not be happier. They really make a difference and the fit and finish is top notch. They fit cleanly under the fenders without any trimming and I can still ride in shorts without burning my legs. I have heard that the Toomey's rattle because they have fewer mounting points than the FMF, but they do sound cool! Don't know anything about the ProCiruit yet, but have heard that they are more of a low to mid range pipe.
