Default Where to buy a K&N air filter

Hey,

here's the deal - Rocky Mountain atv has the filter for $30, but they charge more for shipping and take over a week to get stuff to me.

Dennis kirk charges less for shipping and can get stuff too me in like 3 days, but they charge $53! for the filter. (rip-off!)

who else is out there that sells the filter at a good price and doesn't take a long time to ship stuff or charge a lot for shipping.

note: the reason it takes so long for RMATV to get stuff to me is that they are on the west coast and i'm on the east coast. not that they're slow. they do however seem to charge a lot more for shipping.

later,
bigmac

Dude I live in Utah, about 70 miles from rocky mountain. Please, and I speak for all of those of us here in the intermountain west DO NOT say, think, imply, that we are on the west coast!!! We are about 800 miles from the west coast. NONE OF US want to be lumped together with California. No disrespect to the guys there, but that is the most F*cked up state in the union!!

So Pal, Why don't you drive down to Rocky Mountain, pick the filter up for the guy and send it to him and save him the shipping. lol

bigmackloud...try chaparral ( took about 5 days on my order)If i were you i'd pass on the regular k/n you will need the outerwears with it anyway and the seal will wear out in a hurry,if you ride alot the k/n with no outerwear it will get dirty fast and is a *itch to clean when real dirty so get the prodesign clamp on filter it comes with a ow cover, and seals with a o ring for $125 shipping included i had both the k/n and uni-filter stock replacements, the uni sealed better but did'nt hardly flow as well, but lasted longer,i have bought a lot of stuff from rockymtn and they have ben pretty good on shipping and have the largest inventory and cheapest prices on about anything exc. the pro-design(they did'nt have it in yet for my grizz) highlifter is pretty good too...Hossblur i here you bro!
