Just a side note:
I sent in my pipe for repacking and burnt sleeve repair last weekend,i had no reciept which i needed .
I actually wrote them a letter explaining about how i did not have a reciept ,or any paperwork showing i paid 500$ for it,and explained that this shouldent happen and i love and take care of my raptor like most of us do(It's more than a hobbie)..And that i hoped they would take care of a happy customer and hard working one at that and in no way was it my fault for this pipes apereance after only 6 months ..
I called back today and they are repacking it,gave me a new sleeve for the pipe,and repaired a ding that i had when i recieved it all for free...shipped to my house nextday free of charge..
Good buisness and great pipe..
