***** Who makes the motor for Arctic Cat ATV's? *****

Suzuki makes the motors.
But AC lowers the compression ration by placing a larger gasket between the cylinder and the head. Also Suzuki adds a plasma coating to the cylinders which AC doesn't. They also use different carbs too.
If you compare the AC 500 motor with the Suzuki Vinson Motor
or the AC 400 (375) with the Suzuki Eiger.

In 03 AC and Suzuki 500s both have the same engines with 10.2:1 compression, Keihin CVK36 carburetors, the exact horsepower and torque ratings. Even the same final drive gear ratios.

I believe that suzuki even makes arctic cats snowmobile engines. How would a Suzuki brand name snowmobile sound? I think pretty crappy

believe it or not, Suzuki did used to have their own snowmobile. The one that comes to mind is the 440 Fury. If I remember correctly, it was also "liquid cooked". Fast machine for their time.

I just sold my 1994 sled with a Suzuki engine. I believe most if not all AC sleds with watercooled triples are made by Suzuki. Mine was an 800 and is a screamer!!!
