Raptor Reverse Limiter

Raptor Reverse Limiter
My 03 Raptor will not rev out in reverse, which means I can not back up my drive, or spin the rear tires going backwards.
Is there a reverse rev limiter fitted to these bikes.
If there is, how do I disconnect it as it's a PITA.
