Default Throttle Trouble

I just bought a motion pro twist throttle for my suzuki LT250R. It's pretty nice, but the problem is that it will not spring back when I let go of the throttle. The carb just stays open. Does anyone who has installed one of these on their bike have any advice? What exactly did you do when you installed it? Thanks for any help.

try loosening the screw that hold it on the handle bar... and moving it up and down
