Sorry guys, just need to vent in here... watching the news tonite, a special on how kids under 16 shouldnt have adult sized quads. I think thats a BUNCH OF SH*T. I am not 16 yet, and I am ready for a banshee.
They said 'ten kids each year get severely injured' ...in our area. ya i know thats bad, but look at how many teen/kids in the kc area have quads. I know A LOT of my friends little brothers and sisters do. hell, we let them tag along w/ us most of the time. They have never gotten hurt either, dont think they will (knock on wood)
The news just angered me w/ this...sorry, i knwo it has been brought up many times

stupid azzholes activists....how many kids get hurt skate boadering or riding a bike or crossing the road...i have been hit by not 1 not 2 but 3 cars crossing a road...one i was on my bike and the other 2 where walking across a cross walk....wow i think people shouldn't dive cars, and while where at it ban everything w/ wheels!!!

if i ever find any of these " activists " god help them

Its always the same old arguement. ATV's hurt kids..get rid of ATV's. Skateboards hurt kids..ban those. Walking in front of a car hurts kids...ban shoes and walking. Just a bunch of "office chair" warriors trying to end fun for everyone that actually have lives outside a cubical. I hate them dirty tree huggin hippies, they're the reason I have one crappy legal place to ride around my house. And the under 16 thing is stupid, it should be at the parents discretion, kids are different. hell at 14 I was 6 feet tall and 205 pounds and I'm supposed to ride a 90, i don't think so.
