35 HP or so, now go port your cylinder for 39HP or go 330CC for 45+. The posssibilies are endless

A stock R motor makes about 38hp at the flywheel. With what you've done, you're probably about 42-43hp at the flywheel. What you're putting to the ground, I dunno.

 

Stock, the 88 250R was rated at 28.5 HP by Honda, whether that was at the crank or wheels I am not certain, but that is the official number
