Hey Tork, have a problem with fouling at idle
Tork, you were just up the road from me. I live 45 miles down stream in Kremmling. Been ski patrolling at winter park for the past 20 years. Put in the 130 main tonight, took it for a plug test ride. Still burning white at 1/2 to wide open. Dosn't seem right - no change from a 120 to a 130? Could my float bowl level be to low, limiting the amount of fuel sucked up the tube? The pilot jet I took out to change to a 37.5 was in fact a 40.

Wish I could have talked to you in person Smallcat. Your float level should be 13mm (1/2 in.). If you are to rich on Idle after 37.5 pilot jet and adjusting idle air screw make sure needle jet is closing off all the way at idle. Also are you sure valves are set to correct specs, know you said earlier this had been done but valves set wrong can really mess with idle. We'll get this figured out somehow.

Hey guys! Here's the update. Have done a couple of long all day rides with no fouling problems. No problems even on the trail that routinely fouled the plug. So Homer, replace that needle jet. It's an easy job if you follow Torks instructions. Thanks again Tork for all your help. Nirvana has returned to the high country....happy trails!

Welcome freetrapper, I'm in Beloit but am sorry to say I don't work for the Arctic Cat dealer anymore. Still love the Cats but work for Yamaha, Kawasaki, Polaris, Stihl, Grasshopper, and Honda power products. Still going to check in once in a while but probably not as often.
