Thanks for Backing me up Brad.

You wouldn't happen to want to sell you 8" wheels? Or a possible trade for my ITP wheels? I REALY REALY REALY want some 8" wide stockers. I can't seem to find any. I don't have the money now(some low lift sob stole $400 from me-- so even X-mas gifts are hard for me to buy) BUT I WILL be getting some money coming in as soon as my dad's company starts to get alittle busier.

I think for now I may hold on to my 8 inch stockers. I use them for spares when I am not running my Mud Bugs on Douglas Aluminums.

The eight inch stock wheel setup is actually pretty trick because just looking at it you can't really tell a difference but it does eliminate problems with tire diameter and air pressure, like Andy was descibing. I am running 25x10x12 Titans on front and back and I can have equal amounts of pressure in all four tires and they are all the same height.

I will keep my eyes open for a set of the 8 inch 300 rear wheels for you. Sometimes customers will still come in the shop wanting to change wheels but almost all of the 98's have already either changed wheels or decided to keep the stock setup and the newer 300's wont' do any good because they have the same wheel you already have on the front of your 500.

Although I was thinking that your 500 came with the 6.5's on the rear.

Brad,

I have 12x6.5 all around. Thats why I want your total set. I can't find 12x8" rear wheels for my bike either. The 2001 300(from what my dealer tells me) is the only AC with 12x8" rear wheels now days.

I have 12x7" Silver ITP wheels now with very few miles on them. I would rather have 12x8" stockers for the weight factor and width since I run 27x12x12 Tri-Claws all around now.

I weighed my tires today and it just TOTALLY didn't add up. My stockers mounted on my wheels with 16 oz of slime in them weighed 30 lbs. Yet my 27x12x12 Tri-Claws on my ITP wheel weighed 42 lbs with no slime. I think my scale is way off tho, or I read it wrong. I know someone with 26x12x12 outlaws on Black/chrome wheels and his weighted 49 lbs and I am willing to bet that those outlaws weight a good bit less than my claws so I'll redo it tomorrow and see what happens.
