I am trying to mount a sway bar on my ac 400 FIS

Should the bearingthings, I don't know their english name... they look like an 8. shall they be mounted on the inside of the swaybar ends or on the outside of sway bar ends?

I will try to post pics... but i dont know how. I will try to post pics on my profile. On the pics I have not thightened the scews,.

One more thing. The oil is on the lower part of the stick. When I filled the motor oil for some months ago it was on the top of the stick. The oilplug just go round and round when trying to thighten. There are small drops of oil on skidplate and around plug. Can I just buy a new plug, or shall it just go round and round when tightening?
