Broke rear knuckle on 650H1. Is this common?

TexasroadLawyer,
Thanks for the advice. We agree on one thing - stupid cases shouldn't be brought. But if AC is building AC's defectively or using parts they know will fail, just because it saves them a few cents per ATV - and the failed part causes the ATV to roll over (even when the rider is doing nothing out of the ordinary), I definitely think AC should be responsible if the rider gets hurt. That's not "frivolous."
If what DSDrew described happened because of bad product, that's dangerous and AC should deal with it - that's what it means to take responsibility for your actions.

Gee, I had a Polaris that got so hot that it caught fire while a friend was riding it behind me.. Lucky that I had a gallon of drinking water on my Arctic Cat. Or coulda let it burn and called a lawyer. That was the last straw, I sold it and put the money into another AC. Sorry if your quad broke and you got hurt. If you read the Arctic Cat owners manual, you might never get on one! Half of the manual is safety warnings. My mechanic who works on all makes, claims AC's are one of the best made ATV's, he's a Yamaha guy. Mine have both been bulletproof.

I have had very good luck w/ my Ac as well - and that includes letting nephews and others take it out on day trips. So far only had to replace an axle - due to my own fault for getting the boot ripped and then getting water and sand inside the boot.
