can't adjust clutch
 

I cannot adjust the clutch on my 2003 400 took of the inspection plate and saw the two jam nuts 14mm front 10 mm back loosened the jam nuts used flatblade screwdriver to turn back one turned free front one wont turn all it will do is make back one move up and down a little bit locked back one and front one doesnt turn at all just 14mm jam nut that all do I need to take apart case and take out clutch thanks
