I sold my 2001 AC 500 manual shift to a Maine Guide months ago for $2,500. I know that was top dollar for a bike that I bought as a wreck for $400, but it was the perfect bike for him. Yesterday, he stopped by and said how much he liked it! He had just towed a 540 lb black bear, way out of a swamp, a couple miles up to his truck and trailer. He sold his newer 500cc Honda to buy it. Got a call from the guy that I sold my 2002 AC 400 last week, he also wanted to tell me how much he liked it. Nice to know!
