2006 arctic cat 650 v twin

I cut the exhaust off and put a glass pack on it it shoots a flame out of the exhaust constantly when on the gas is there anything I can do to stop this ?

if its carbed then you are going to need to rejet and tune the carb... EFI you will need a programmer..
