How to change gears on 2004 Artic Cat 400

We havent rode our ATV in so long we cant remember the order to change gears, reverse, nuetral, etc. Can someone please help? lol, thanks!

If it is manual shift, you have a foot shifter. Guessing you figured it out already. Should be a display on the dash showing what gear. A lever for HI and Low range. It's been a while since I've owned a manual shift..... Should be 5 gears. Popcorn ? yummm
