Stressed in Alberta

Recently purchased a new 2017 Artic Cat Prowler 500. First mistake.
Went to pick it up and it kept stalling. Took home anyways. Second mistake.
Called for service and they came out to spray carb cleaner. Next it was going dead and after a few weeks wouldn't take a charge. Called service and they brought out a new battery. Only catch was I would have to disconnect and reconnect as required till they could get in the shop. Next was the weird noise it made and coded out 0500 and check engine. Has never run very well and lacks any power. In high 2wd can't hit 18mph.
They finally came picked it up and no calls or anything since Monday. I don't think I want this machine. Haha
When I purchased it had 26kms on it. Now in 8 weeks I have 62kms on it.
Glad that I bought the soft cab kit with the blade on it. An extra 4000 I could afford to throw away.

Any ideas anyone ??

Nothing wrong with cat i have over 10000lm on my 14 500..
Not sure what they were doing with the carb cleaner since the machine is efi. Im betting the fuel has went bad that has been sitting in it for the last 2 years and has gummed the injector up. I would try a can of sea foam in the tank to clear things up. Same goes for the battery it probably sat dead for a while and was just charged up enough prior to the sale. Should have had a new battery when you got it. Leave it on a maintainer especially if your using a plow as the charging system cannot keep up with that demand. your 0500 code is the speed sensor code and that could be leaning back towards the bad battery.. All these little things will lead towards your lack of speed. The machine probably needed a good hard run to work out the bugs from sitting and clearing things out ..
Did you pick up the phone and call the dealer to see what they have found? Phone works both ways..LOL... Not defending the dealer but i know from working in the industry that you can get behind and forget to follow up with your customers even though you had every intention of calling them.
