Brake Rotor
I have a 2002 Arctic Cat 400 with a solid rear axle. While changing the bearings I noticed the rotor was bent in one spot. I bought a replacement when I tried removing the bolts securing the rotor to the hub they did not budge. I was wondering if they were just rusted stuck or maybe reverse threaded. Any ideas?

Ahhh yes those can be a pain.. Propane torch and a little heat Dont get it to hot. between the locktight, metal bolt, and cheap cast parts they can corrode pretty good..

Yep, they were just frozen. I took a pair of vise grips and clamped on the bolts to get enough leverage to break them loose.

Why are you seeking idea for? Undouble, brake rotors are the most important part of a motorized vehicle's braking system. Breaking the brake pedal in a long run can squeeze the metal disks and the brake rotors. It's a very common thing in vehicles. For ensuring optimum braking performance, changing brake rotors is required. According to the model of your motorized vehicle, I recommend you to go for a new set of long-lasting brake rotor that will ensure a smooth operation with an efficient heat dissipation.
