In the off chance anyone is doing this here is what I have done. I bought a 05 Arctic Cat 650 front differential. I unbolted the upper A-arms, lower ball joints, shocks, and the axle. I then took the axles out and unbolted the diff from the engine prop shaft. I then pulled out the old differential. As the axles go the right side will fit fine (stock 02 into 05). The left axle will have to have the inner joint changed (the side that goes in the differential. I bought mine off of ebay. This joint has to be changed to utalize the locker this differiental has. For the 4x4 toggle the whole rear portion of the old diff can be reused (where the engine power turns the pinion gear), allowing the stock mechanical 4x4 shifter to be reused. After having all of this done i put the new differental in and bolted everything back up.
