highlifter lift kit.

I don't think I would put a high lifter kit on the "I" model myself. It is already pretty tall and with the addition of a lift kit it may over extend the angle for the CV joints. Thereby causing premature Joint failure. I believe that if you had one lifted and a joint went bad it wouldn't be covered under warranty also. This all just an opinion and it's worth what you paid for it, but you asked the question.

I have the lift kit on my rubicon and i am very pleased with its mudding performance, even with stock tires. It lets me go through mud i used to get stuck in. It does have advantages and disadvantages, though:
Advantages:
1 more ground clearance
2 better mud performance in most cases
3 you can install larger tires without rubbing
Disadvantages:
1 puts more strain on the drivetrain
2 makes the machine less stable on hills
Hope you make the right descion!
