Default won't idle

I was wondering if anyone can help??? my honda atc 110 won't idle unless the choke is on.
Has anyone had this problem???
I have a carb kit ,, but not sure that is it,,, it seams like a vac leak to me.
But i sprayed with carb cleaner and can't find a vac leak.
Thanks for any help

LOOKS LIKE THERE AINT ENOUGH FUEL GOING THROUGH YOUR JET OR MABE YOUR JET IS CLOGGED OR YOU AIR FILTER IS CLOGGED. HAVE YOU TRIED TAKING OFF THE CHOKE WHEN YOUR ATC IS WARM. REMOVE YOUR CARB AND OPEN THE FLOAT BOWL FLUSH IT OUT CLEAN IT REALLY GOOD WITH CARB CLEANER ACTAULLY CLEAN THE WHOLE CARB INSIDE AND OUT IT MIGHT WORK AND REPLACE YOUR AIR FILTER. AND IF THAT DOESNT HELP GO FOR THE REBUILD KIT.

Just a little hint when looking for a vac leak....make sure the stuff you are using will burn!!!!!!!! alot of the crap they sell today is "safe" and will not burn, making it worthless for leak checking!

I used regular carb cleaner and propane to ck for the vac leak , but no good.
I also tore the carb down and soaked it in carb cleaner(the type u put car carbs in)
I blew thru every jet i could find.
The air filter looks ok ,, but i think i replace it anyway.
As far as being warmed up , it won't idle hot or cold unless the choke is on.
Another insight ,,,, the bike runs fine at off idle with the choke off.
Could it possibly be a valve adjustment problem?? ( i bought this bike form another person and he never did any thing to it)
also where do i get the air filter if the air box is removed???
hope this helps

ok to let you know for most bikes honda recomends •Honda 10W40• i dont know what point gap it has to be but try to figure it out i have a 1976 honda XL350 witch i didnt know what the point gap was so what i did i set the point gap really close and from there i would be seperating it apart little by little. so i whould listen to the engine sound and backfire. and i left it to see which sounds better.

you could try adjusting the mixture screw on the carb. thats what was wrong with my bros. screw it out about 1.5 to 2.0 turns and if its idel enough to run adjust it to were it will sound right. but you might have adjust your idel screw a little if you messed with it.
