Default TRI-Z 250 Help needed. Thanks

Ok. I know a lot of you who read these forums have seen my questions about my trike. Well, I did the dirty deed of taking it to a bike shop that would work on it. He called and said that the carb was dirty and they cleaned it out and now it starts fine. So, the next day it was raining out so I didn't start it or ride it. Yesterday I went out to ride it around the neighborhood and I noticed that it seems to bog at the top of the gears. All of them. Even when its in nuetral and I floor it it sounds like right when it hits its powerband it bogs. It used to hit the powerband and hold it until I shifted now its bogging. Could the shop have adjusted something wrong?? Is this something I can fix myself?? Thanks
