atc 200 timing
Align the "T" mark on the flywheel with the notch on the case. You will have to remove the timing inspection cap to see this.
With that done, keep the flywheel still and align the "O" on the camshaft sprocket with the notch on the top of the rockerarm cover. You will have to remove the CDI cover and assembly to see this notch. (It will already be removed ofcourse but Im pointing out the easiest way to find these marks)
Confirm that both lobes on the camshaft are pointing downward at this point. If not, remove the 2 cam sprocket bolts and turn the cam a full 360 and it should be pointed downward and your "O" mark still on the notch of the rocker cover. (straight up) Also be sure the flywheel is still set to "T".
