84 200m throttle cable stuck
I bought this about 3 years ago and it ran good until last winter. I am trying to get it going again and got it started up but the throttle cable is stuck. I took off the cover of the throttle cable but it was clear. Any ideas on how to get it loose again?
Btw, I am not a great mechanic, just wanting to learn and get this thing up and running for the fun of it. Thanks.
