1984 honda200s

bought a 3wheeler from a kid.

carb was torn apart and missing everything important. ordered a new one and nothing goes. obviously i assume it needs to be tuned for the bike but i have been unsuccessful in finding information needed to actually adjust the needle and jets to where they need to be.

i have air and spark. seems like im getting fuel but nothings happening. when i pull on my make shift starter cord fuel seems to come out towards the air box.

 

Have you tried a quick shot of starting fluid(with the lube in it) to see if it will fire that way?
You have to have fuel, air and spark, and the spark has to come at the right time.
If it fires you have a timing issue most likely. If it doesn't fire with a shot of starting fluid, (tiny shot)you may have timing issues as well as carb. You have to break down the sequence to see where to start.
