1981 Honda ATC 200 Headlight

If its the same basic unit as my 1982 ATC 200e, the bulb itself is replaceable. There are two small philips head screws that hold the chrome trim ring and glass lamp assembly in the red housing(if you have the rectangular lamp). Once out the bulb socket twist locks into the metal reflector. You can remove that, then remove the bulb to see the numbers on it. Then google is your friend to find a new bulb. It could also be a wiring issue and not the lamp itself. Thats where my ATC is right now, with a mess of wiring to sort out. I have my new ignition switch on the bench right now for her. That is tomorrows project, install the switch and put the wiring back as it should be and get my lights working. Mike the Aspie
