So I bought this 84 Honda 200x a dream bike of sorts for 1000 bucks but the guy before me didn't take care of it I've had it for about 3 or 4 months now and it has never ran right at first it smoked a ton all of a sudden that stopped but when u try to go full throttle it cuts out and I don't know if the needle valve nerds adjusting or I just need a new carb plz help desperate.
