Yea the dealer said he shipped the parts off to the Kawi warranty place and I called them to see why the warranty did not cover it and they never recieved the parts and the dealer gave them back to me. Then I finally got it back and the day I went riding it made the same sound so I took it back and the mechanic did not clean out the casing good and a piece of metal messed them up again. I dont know but he owes me something after all he has put me through.

that dealer sucks! big time. I would demand to see the factory rep. If he doesn't remedy the situation. I would be on the phone with Kawi headquarters daily until something is done. Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

i agree with timo, get kawa on the phone and tell them that <insert your dealers name here> isnt doing their job, and aren't fixing the problems correctly, and tell them any other stuff that you happen to have

 

I have a buddy with a 650 praire, it jumps into 4x4 on it's own...with a loud clunk! Took it to his dealer, they said nothing wrong with it. Now he's really pisssed, wrote a letter to dealer, no response.

I called my dealer in the next town, they are looking at it next week. This bike is 3 months old !
