id be riding with a Sportsman 600Twin threw maybe a few inches of mud and up a few muddy hills. but mostly road and grass.

banshee, horrible trial quad.......needs mods to work well in my opinion, and they are talking of discontinuing it too.......The rappy and the z 400 are excellent choices for trail bikes. The z 400 of course is a little smaller and nimble, and the rappy is a torque monster, and a little bigger(it also has a high center of gravity that I don't like).....the 05 tld pred is the way I would go, you can't be everything that sucker comes with stock.......especially now that it has reverse, it is probably on of the best trial bikes.......
About the pred though, the standard model comes with reverse too......some have said that they don't like the new gearing in the tld model for trials, so you might think of that too......of course you will be giving up rezzies too.....but also I think the standard preddy has better tires than the radials on the tld.....
