I will be buying a mid sized sport atv. I want to be able to drive in snow, mud, tight trails and open fields. Should have a good top speed, accleration and able to take some jumps.
I was thinking about these bikes, which one will stand up to them the most. Im riding with 400exs kfx400s and warriors.

what about these bikes, how will these handle agaist these bikes, oh I will be buying used.

-350 warrior with minor mods like pipe and filter
-300ex with mods like pipe filter, jets cam etc
-400ex close to stock

I don't get it... you are riding a warrior, and you don't consider that a mid sized machine? Why don't you think that is good enough?

400ex would be a good bike probably at a good price

I don't see where he stated what quad he is riding now? Out of your choices, I would go with the 400ex first, unless it is trashed. In that case I would buy whatever is in the best condition.

I'm confused! By "mid-size", it sounds like you are refering to DISPLACEMENT (???), not FRAME SIZE (???). Which is it??? The Warrior and 400EX have full size frames. The 300EX, 250EX, and Blaster for example, have genuine mid-size frames.

ReconRanger, I take that as displacement size. Based on what types of quads mRt86 is riding with, I would definately say he is looking at a cc range.

Out of your list, I would definately go with the 400EX...................Unless you feel you need reverse.

I was talking about displacement, size of the frame doesn't really matter except if its a ds 650 cause around here I don't need to keep up with anything to fast, just 400exs, 200x, raptor, warrior, and a kfx400. Ill probly end up getting a warrior or 300ex, thanks anyways guys

Z400. Best all-around machine out there! Trust me, the Warrior is pretty much a dog........I know, I rode one for years. Was never so happy as the day I got rid of it and got a 400EX. The 300EX is a superb choice for very tight trails.
