TRX450R Or YFZ450
 

Hello, first off just let me tell you there are probably a million of these in the forums. But I want to know what would fit ME the best. First off I'am 6'0 150 LBS. I mainly ride trail and wide open and sand dunes. I might enter some of the local motocross races after i get one of these quads but i'm having trouble deciding wich one I should get. I really like the TRX450R but is it really as bad as dirtwheels try to say it is? I thought you know they are both 450s what could be the big differnce? I don't think i've ever heard anything bad on the yfz besides the seat and the crank problems. but both 450s have the crank problem. I have a 400ex right now and i'm wanting more power for what I do. What would you suggest for me? TRX450R or the YFZ450...Thanks for your opinions. Highly appreciated.

The Yamaha is an MX bike that can be adapted for the trail. The Honda is a trail bike, that can be adapted for MX. I pick the Honda for everything except the MX track or freestyle jumping. I never MX, and I am to old and wise for freestyle anymore, so the Honda is my ride. Maybe gear the Honda down a little for trail riding.
