no welds but its lock bolted and we all know that bolts break even lock bolts</end quote></div>
we also know that welds can break... im sure that can am was smart enough not to use really thin and weak bolts for the ds450
if it is weak i guess the pros will be the first to find out when they case an 80 foot double.
But at least you won't need gusset kits for the ds450, you'll be able to swap parts of the frame for stronger pieces and bolt it on, no welds at all.... the kfx450 will significantly gain weight when gusset it because they frame will get weaker when you weld it requiring even thicker gussets
and if the bolts are really weak, that should be a cheap replacement, you might be able to get thicker lockbolts and thicker pieces of the frame and just bolt it on at the dealer using the 2000$ wrench or whatever they use

well the kfx450 is also first year, but i guess the kfx aluminum frame has been used for years by atk and cannondale already, so it might not be too bad (is it true the bumper is WELDED to the frame??????
I'll stick to replacing bolts while the rest is busy welding and uglifying their machines with burn marks that the welder makes
