Default is this a good deal? or too good to be true?

great condition 2005 Honda Trx 450r

It's a 2005 TRX450R, that says is in good condition.
Has:
Hot Cam 13.5 to 1
Big Bore Kit
Aftermarket bars
Front bumper
Factory Headlight
Pivot Works bearings (NEW)

Now the price is $2700, I think it's either a great deal, or its a stolen quad. Or something's broken, but it says its in good condition so It can't have that.

I emailed him and if he calls the number that I gave him, then I'll go take a look at it.

What should I look for to make sure its a good deal and also to make sure its not stolen?

What should I look for to make

Default Another one!

Honda trx450r --Automatic--

This one is $100 more and looks like a factory racing atv. The only bad thing is that it says its automatic? I didn't know the TRX450R's came in automatic?

Has:
Walsh flow +3 A Arms
Walsh Steering Stem
Walsh swingarms with savior linkage
Fox dsc front shocks and podium x rear shock
precision steering stabalizer
vortex cdi box
dasa intake with yfz airfilter or 06 honda filter

I don't know either this person is crazy, or its stolen. Just seems too good to be true.

Anyone got ideas? Defiantely will email him on this one, as I might check it out!

I don't know what the "automatic" thing means, because they don't come in any form of automatic.....

Only thing I can think of is that it has a Rekluse Clutch system, which allows you to stop without stalling...... but you still have to shift gears....

As far as it being a good deal....well if it was raced, $2700 is not that cheap..... It is a good deal yes, but but not so much where I'd worry....

The second one has already been flagged so it's gone. As to the first, the most common CL scam is the story of the quad being in storage in another state. IF you contact the seller and the ATV is in the town listed then you can check it out and see what kind of condition it's in. But, if it's not in the town listed, then forget it.
