Glad to help! For instance, the honda only ever really got new plastics and at some point reverse. Reverse isn't a deal breaker to me in a sport quad. I wouldn't mind picking up one of these when my kids are ready to move up from the 90 and 300 hondas, and I would readily buy a 99 that has been taken care of.

 

Well looks like I got my mind set.. 400ex it is!! Now just gotta find one in great condition for around 2 grand.. thanks again, I don't feel so clueless now.

 

I would like to thank everyone who gave me advice! !! I'm the proud owner of a 03 honda 400ex board to a 416, everything motor wise is almost brand new and nurf bars... only bad was tires were literally showing wire...and let me be the first to say this machine has a lot more power than I thought it was going ton have.. and I'm very happy yall helped influence my decision. .. thanks again
