Quad Buying.........Decisions
#1
Hello
I am choosing between
DS650
Grizzly 660
Raptor
Wolverine
400ex
I do trail riding in Southwestern Alberta and Southeastern BC. I already have a Woverine and want another quad.
I don't jump but wouldn't mind the odd wheelie or slide.
Want something faster than the Wolverine but reliable.
Also want something that I won't outgrow!
Thanks

Okay, here are my thoughts on all of your choices:
1.) DS650-Don't know much about so can't tell ya anything.
2.) Grizzly 660- I did research and I already reserved my quad. The benefits that come with this quad is AMAZING! I like the locking Differential, 3 Way On Command 2WD, 4 WD, 4WD Locked, Electronic Dash, etc. I don't know what your looking for in a quad but this is definently something to look into
3.) Raptor- I think this would be too fast for trail riding.
4.) Wolverine- I would think you would out grow this plus you wanted something faster than the Wolverine and why would you buy another wolverine. I think the Wolverine is a little bit outdated!
5.) 400ex - Too fast for trails; not a 4x4.
There ya have it. My opinion. Over all decision GRIZZLY 660 on your List.
Other quads to look into (I know you have your certain 5 picked up) but you can look into the Honda Rancher, Foreman, Rubicon, Yamaha Kodiak, Big Bear. I KNOW FOR A FACT all of these machines are reliable.
Hope this helped!
GOOD LUCK!

The Grizzly is probably faster than the Wolverine. I really like Wolverines, but wouldn't suggest another one. I would suggest, considering location and weather and reliability, the Grizzly. But if you don't want the 4x4 experience, a Raptor is probably the best choice, if you can afford them.
