I finally did it!
I finally purchased my first ATV's, I printed copies from www.abernathyonline.com of a Rancher 4x4 and a Recon ES, $4599 and $3099, took the copies with me to the dealer told him I want a 2002 Suzuki Eiger Auto 4x4 and a 2003 Recon ES for these prices he then added the $700 delivery charge to my house that I would have had to pay if I ordered on the internet as the setup fees and tax 7.75% and registration and green tags, $9125 plus one helmet (I wanted 3 he wouldnt budge) OUT THE DOOR! How did I do? Im happy since I would have had to pay taxes anyway to get green tags. I also went with the Recon instead of the Ozark (which i wanted) because my daughter prefered the ES, they didnt have an Ozark anyway so he would have to special order for more $$$$$. Ramg66,
Last time I was in Sacramento, California or it was actually Fair Oaks was in 1981. Bet things have changed.
Looks like you did OK on your purchase and there is nothing better than taking home a new quad.
The main thing is are you happy with the deal and by you purchasing the quads you must have been.
I haven't been on a Suzuki Eiger Auto 4x4 but as far as the Recon your daughter should be thankfull she has a dad that purchases a quad for her and it being a ReconES at that. One lucky young lady or I assume she is young but I believe she is going to love the Recon as much as we have enjoyed are 99 model.
Have fun, Chet

What a great feeling...new quads just before you pick them up......Just keep that feeling all the time and you will stay in this sport until your golden days. It is great that your kid(s) are into the sport as well. Teaching them responsibility and respect of property is invaluable....ride on

Yea I think the cycle trader says to take the ad in for that price, just keep trying they will meet your price, Raptoryfm660r you crack me up, yes they are still in my garage with the stickers on them LMAO....... I was going to take them out this weekend (yes for the first time) and the weather is bad, it hadn't rained since may and all of a sudden (of course after I buy my atv's) it rains for 5 days, I will be taking them out on Wed. rain or shine.......
