Skate II's or Edge?!
 

I want to add a 22" Vee to my tire arsenal - I know the reputation of the SKate II well, and highly admire it, but my question is what is its true diameter? They appear larger than the average 20" tire which they are billed as, and I've heard that they are actually 20" excluding the paddles, which make them 22" in reality. Is this true? If so, I'll buy them, but if they are actually like any other 20" tire then I'll stick with Skat Trak and get the Edges that I know I'll love. With my tall ass on a DS, I need the added floatation of a 22", and don't want another set of 20" tires, I've had plenty of them already. I just wish I had a store here local that stocked sand tires so I could just go look myself!

i'd go with the edges we have those on a honda and i like them. and i have had a couple sets of 20 and i really don't like those on a ds. i got a set of 23" and i really like those, i think you can get those in a edge.

Yeah, can't go wrong with an Edge - Edge it is.
But am curious to see this new ITP vee, hope its not another novelty load like the geko and rooster.
