Front Sand Tire Q's

I got my front tires on tursday from Rocky Mountain ATV. have not mounted them on the quad but I'm not shure if it they look right. dose the straight of the razor go to the inside or outside?? I got the 22x8x10 tires. If the tires go on with the straight side of the razor going to the outside the deep side of the wheel offset is going to go to the inside, about 5 inches and the shallow to the outside about 3 inches. is that right?? any help would be appreciated hope to meet all of you dumont riders on T-day.

Yep, that's right. Just like your stock wheels, the deep part of the wheel goes to the inside.

Flat side of tires out for sharp turns. Off-Set sounds correct.

Thanks Guys,
I guess I was just looking for a little wider off-set for some more stability, not that I really need it on the Bomb.

The first time I ran my fronts--22x8x10--I fount that the tire, being so wide, rubbed against the frame of my fender. That was that last time I had the front fenders on and the only time I miss them is after a rain when the sand is sticking to my tires--kind of annoying getting a constant mini-roost from your own quad.

I also run 22/8/10's in the front. When I first put them on and did a night ride....I didn't know they were rubbing. The side of the tire got a little melted. lol

No fenders for me in the sand, either. (helps offset the weight of the paddles)
